How to track the delivery of the Civil ID of Kuwait
Once you have processed the Civil ID and subsequently requested the home delivery service, you will be able to track the delivery of the Civil ID.
It should be noted that this can be done both inside and outside Kuwait. Having said that, let us explain the steps to follow in order to track the delivery of the civil ID:
The first thing you will need to do is to enter the delivery page of the PACI website.
Once there click on the Delivery request status option at the top of the page.
This will take you to another page where you will have to enter your civil ID number in the field displayed on the screen.
Once you have done this click on the SEARCH button so that you can see the delivery status of your civil ID on the screen.
In case you get the following message «SORRY This Civil ID Is Not Ready For Delivery, PLEASE TRY LATER (886)» it means that your civil ID has not yet been prepared for delivery. In this case you can contact the public authority of civil information through the following number: 22066550.
On the other hand, if you see the following message «Your request for home delivery has been successfully received and your civil ID card has not been issued», it means that your delivery request has been accepted and the payment you have made has been processed. You will still have to wait a few days for your civil ID to be issued and sent to your home address.
